Thank you so much for selling our rental property. I am absolutely ecstatic on how fast you sold the property on Crestwood.  Three days, really?!! Your guidance, expertise and fabulous staging were key in getting this home sold.  Your network has proven to be a strong one and make you an invaluable resource.  Selling a home is challenging by itself however, selling it when one is out of town is difficult at best, unless you have the right team.  I really do not know what I would have done with anyone else.  You and Fran are a stupendous team that has a professional eye for what needs to be done and most importantly, make it happen.  I am glad to have you as a part of my team and will definitely be using you on the other two properties in San Antonio.

In June 2013, my husband and I decided to put the house we have lived in for thirty-five years on the market. We contacted Alexandra and Fran Christman, Realtors with Keller Williams. Under their guidance and following their professional suggestions, we began a remodel. We never dreamed that Realtors would spend so much time with us to determine the type of changes we should make, nor did we think they would actually pitch in and help with renovation. Alexandra guided us through the selection of materials, and Fran acquired samples for us to consider.  They were so knowledgeable about people that could achieve the results we desired.  Part of our huge chore was to finish the remodel by July 27, the date of our 50th anniversary and our huge celebration party!  With their help, we did it!  Alexandra and Fran came to help us celebrate, even though Fran had to customize some switch plates as guests were arriving!  With Alexandra’s  attention to market trends and comparable houses in our area, we agreed on an appropriate price.  Alexandra was invaluable in helping us stage the house for optimal showing.  She looked at what we had, helped us eliminate clutter, and tastefully staged each room so that even a quick glance revealed the purpose of each room. She even accepted the fact that our resident potbellied pig would remain onsite during showings.  We believe the pig was actually an enhancement!  

From such thoughtful suggestions as closet rod covers, to placement of art work, both Alexandra and Fran were indispensable to us.  They met regularly with my husband and me to walk us through comparable properties, produce appropriate flyers, and prepare for showings. Because of their professionalism and our total trust in them; we actually had a contract in sixteen days!  Their support didn’t end there.  Fran and Alexandra guided us through the closing, the move, and culmination of thirty five years of living in one house.  What a wonderful experience the entire transaction has been under their direction!  We are truly grateful to both Fran and Alexandra, and we want to be sure their efforts are recognized.

At the end of July 2012 my better half informed me that we would be relocating from Pennsylvania to San Antonio, Texas. At that moment in time we were visiting family in Utah but needed to be able to close on a house before the end of August ( when school started as we had children to enroll). Starting my search for a new home, as so many people do these days, I got on the Internet and began looking. It didn't take me long to see that this task was going to be a needle in a haystack, I was overwhelmed with choice and had no idea about the schools or surrounding areas, or the correlation to my partners commute. I was at a loss. luckily a few days later we were on our way to San Antonio to look for office space when I came across a home for sale in a beautiful area called Stone Oak. I had come across this area online but there were so many homes I had no idea where to start. I then did a local search for Realtors and came across Fran and Alexandra Christman. And am I glad I did.

Right away they set me in a home tour of my desired home and I was able to not only immediately find a home I loved but was also able to get everything done on the road and from fifteen hundred miles away with the guidance and the strong negotiating powers of these wonderful Realtors. I felt secure and well taken care during the entire process. The level of competency they have is something all agents should aspire to have. Even after closing on the house Alexandra reviewed the HUD and noticed an error from the lender and was able to rectify it almost immediately. In June of 2011, I put my home on the market to sell because I had gotten a new job in another city. Unfortunately, the house did not sell by the time I had to move. It sat empty while I lived elsewhere. No showings, no interest, and no offers. I had to take the house off the market in February 2012 and come up with another plan. Frustrated with my present agent, a friend gave me the names of the agents that had sold her house. She recommended Alexandra and Fran Christman. She said if I wanted my house to sell fast, this was the team to use. No matter what, "do whatever they say." I quickly learned my friend was correct. Alexandra and Fran were extremely personal as well as professional and took me on as their client. They came up with a new plan to have my house be the best house on the market in my neighborhood. In order to sell Ihad to make my home look like a house built in 2012 even though it was built in 1984. Under their guidance and supervision I watched my home transform from a rusty old jalopy to a fully restored classic beauty. I was amazed at how all the suggestions that they gave me worked out magically. After a month of renovations, the house went back on the market the first week of April. Less than a month later, multiple offers, and a whopping 54 showings, the house was under contract. With my previous agent I had 5 showings in almost a year and no offers. With Alexandra and Fran I had 54 showings and 7 offers in less than a month. Alexandra and Fran Christman are wonderful. From beginning to end they walked me through every detail, constantly keeping me informed of what was going on with my house while I lived in another city. I can't thank them enough for telling it like it is and not pulling any punches. I admire that in people because I feel I'm the same way. We did butt heads at times with things I felt versus things they felt but the goal was always to sell my house fast and for a fair price. For everything that was going on in the market then, everyone got what they wanted. For anyone selling or buying a home in San Antonio, TX, there is no one better than Alexandra and Fran Christman.
